Personal Training
1 on 1 sessions in the pool, at your house, in the gym, on the track or in the meeting room to help you with technique or discuss various aspects of your sport. $45/hr; 10 sessions for $400.

Swimming or Gait Training
This is a series of 10 one hour sessions where I will work with you 1-2 times a week to work on specific techniques for swimming or running. This is designed for the athlete to receive maximum benefit from the instruction. This will include videotape, exercises, drills, and workouts. This is the best way to improve on efficiency of one or both disciplines. $360
